David and his team recently installed an air source heat pump and hot water cylinder for us, working in collaboration with Heat Geek. He was brilliant throughout: always positive and energetic, incredibly accommodating (even when we wanted to change some aspects of the installation in the middle of the job), and really passionate about doing a good job and giving us the best possible result. I cannot recommend him highly enough!

I recently had my heating system converted from a gravity system to a boiler system by David and I couldn't be happier with the results. David's expertise and professionalism were evident from the start. He explained the entire process clearly, ensuring I understood every step and felt comfortable with the transition. The work was completed efficiently and with great attention to detail. David was punctual, courteous, and left the work area spotless. The new boiler system works perfectly. David was highly recommended by a neighbour and he lived up to this review in spades! We were having problems with our boiler switching on outside of the programs set by our Nest thermostat. We suspected a faulty motorised valve. David carefully checked everything and made some program adjustments on the Nest and at our request gave our boiler a full service. This seems to have resolved the problem. He was punctual, efficient and knowledgeable and very good value. Highly recommended.

David had been servicing our boiler for 6 years, and has now replaced the boiler with a newer more efficient one, after discussing different heating options. David came recommended to us by several friends, so when our boiler got condemned, it was great that David was able to get out to us that day to quote us for a replacement. He was then able to get out round to us within a couple of days of our old boiler dying to complete the work. David and his team took great care with every aspect of the installation explaining what was going to happen each day and the job was finished on time and with no disruption to our hot water system even though part of the install was to replace the hot water cylinder.
