David was highly recommended by a neighbour and he lived up to this review in spades! We were having problems with our boiler switching on outside of the programs set by our Nest thermostat. We suspected a faulty motorised valve. David carefully checked everything and made some program adjustments on the Nest and at our request gave our boiler a full service. This seems to have resolved the problem. He was punctual, efficient and knowledgeable and very good value. Highly recommended.

Excellent job carried out. David responded to our call for sorting out our heating in short order. He swiftly identified the problem with our hi-tech digital thermostat control system. Falcon Heating did the installation of our Heat Pump system (through Heat Geek) and did an excellent job. David and his team took great care with every aspect of the installation explaining what was going to happen each day and the job was finished on time and with no disruption to our hot water system even though part of the install was to replace the hot water cylinder.
